At NOUASH, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Coverage

• Free Shipping is available within the UAE only.
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders will be delivered within 4 working days from the date of confirmed payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Accurate Contact Information

• To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers must provide the following accurate and complete details at the time of checkout:

  • Full Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Active Contact Number
  • Valid Email Address

  Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failed attempts.

Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partner will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order.
• If both attempts are unsuccessful due to unanswered calls, inaccessibility, or incorrect contact details, the package will be returned to us.

Failed Delivery & Refunds

• In case of a failed delivery after two attempts, the order will be returned to our facility.
• A refund will be issued after deducting a AED 20 return handling fee per order.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to the user’s store wallet within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.
